Refund Policy

1. General Policy for Digital Downloads

At wallpapr.io, we specialize in high-quality digital image downloads. Due to the nature of digital goods, which cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense once downloaded, all sales are generally final and non-refundable.

2. Waiver of Right of Withdrawal (EU/UK Consumers)

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you normally have a statutory right to withdraw from online contracts within 14 days. However, this right expires prematurely for digital content if the performance of the contract has begun. By clicking "Buy" and starting the download, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:

• You are consenting to the immediate delivery of the digital content.
• You lose your right of withdrawal once the download process has started.

3. Exceptions (When we do refund)

We want you to be happy with your purchase. We may, at our sole discretion, offer a refund or replacement in the following specific cases:

• Technical Defects: The file link is broken, the file is corrupted, or the resolution does not match the product description, and we are unable to fix the issue.
• Duplicate Purchase: You accidentally purchased the exact same wallpaper twice.

4. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you qualify for a refund based on the exceptions above, please contact us within 14 days of purchase.

5. Processing via Stripe

If your refund request is approved, we will initiate the refund directly through our payment processor, Stripe. The funds will be returned to the original payment method used during the purchase (e.g., back to your credit card or Apple Pay account). Please note that it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.
